Israeli settlers have hung Israeli flags along multiple streets spanning the Jenin governorate, according to Eye on Palestine. The flags extend from the Arraba roundabout through the outskirts of the Tarsala settlement, marking a visible presence across the area. Additional flags were placed from the entrance of Arraba town to the edges of Ya'bad, creating a continuous display of flags across several kilometers of roadway.
The flag-hanging comes amid ongoing tensions in the northern West Bank, where Israeli settlements and Palestinian towns remain in close proximity to one another. Such symbolic displays by settlers have occurred periodically in areas of settlement expansion and dispute.
