Swedish police arrested an activist on Saturday evening after he sprayed red liquid on an Israeli flag at the Gothenburg Book Fair in southern Sweden, Shehab Wire reported. The incident occurred at the fair's Israeli pavilion as the activist protested what he characterized as "genocide" in Gaza and the West Bank.
The activist was taken into custody by Swedish authorities following the demonstration at the Swedish-Israeli Friendship Association's stand during the event.
