The Central Elections Commission has prepared a backup plan to address Israel's prevention of its officials from traveling to Gaza, commission spokesman Farid Taem Allah said Tuesday evening, the Shehab Wire reported. The commission is monitoring the Israeli occupation's decision to bar its representatives from traveling from Ramallah to the Gaza Strip.
Taem Allah characterized the measure as anticipated, suggesting the commission had foreseen the possibility of such restrictions on its operations.
