European Commission officials and Israeli police are advancing negotiations on a confidential agreement to exchange sensitive personal data, according to a report by State Watch published through Novara Media. The proposed accord would facilitate transfer of information on Palestinians, the organization said.
State Watch, which monitors surveillance and privacy issues, has raised legal warnings about potential consequences of the agreement.
