Hamas warned of escalating settler incursions and visits by far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir to Al-Aqsa Mosque, Shehab Wire reported. Haroun Nasreddine, a Hamas political bureau member and head of its Jerusalem affairs office, said the situation requires strong collective action to counter what the group characterizes as Judaization plans.
The warning reflects ongoing Palestinian concerns over access to and control of the holy site, a flashpoint in Israeli-Palestinian tensions.
