The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, released video footage showing what it identified as gunfire directed at an Israeli military vehicle, Shehab Wire reported. The footage was attributed to fighter Osama Jamal al-Najjar, identified as a member of the Imad Aqel Battalion's Western Company in the Northern Brigade.
The release comes amid ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip, where Hamas maintains active armed operations against Israeli forces.
