Israel deported four international solidarity activists—three from the United States and one from Germany—between October 3 and 4, the Palestine News Network reported. The activists were arrested by Israeli police while supporting the community of Jamma'in at the start of the olive harvest season.
The deportations occurred as Palestinians began gathering olives, a critical annual harvest that provides income for rural communities across the West Bank.
