The Ramallah and Al-Bireh metropolitan area faces a plan to reopen Street 463 for settler movement, Shehab Wire reported. The step would cut off eight villages and two residential neighborhoods in the north from their urban center, separating tens of thousands of Palestinians from the broader municipal area.
The closure would fragment the territorial continuity of the region and restrict Palestinian movement and access to services.
