Israeli occupation forces prevented farmers from reaching their land in Kafr Nama, west of Ramallah, on Saturday morning to pick olives, Shehab Wire reported. The troops forced the farmers to leave the area. In the neighboring village of Burqa, settlers attacked farmers and blocked them from harvesting, according to the report.
The incidents occurred during the olive season, when Palestinians typically access groves across occupied territory to gather their annual crop.
