Israeli and Palestinian activists staged a joint protest in Beit Sahour to defend landowners whose property has been occupied by settlers from the Yatziv outpost, IMEMC News reported. About 70 activists from the Israeli group Combatants for Peace joined Palestinian residents to provide protective presence on the threatened land, answering a direct appeal from local property owners facing encroachment by the nearby settlement outpost.
The demonstration underscored ongoing tensions over settler expansion into Palestinian territories, with joint Israeli-Palestinian action representing a rare coordinated response to land seizures in the West Bank community.
