Activists accuse Israeli settlers of attacking a US journalist and an Israeli-Russian activist in the occupied West Bank village of Umm al-Khair, Al Jazeera English reported. Footage shows men, some armed, beating the two individuals during the incident.
The assault occurred amid ongoing tensions between Palestinian communities and Israeli settlers in the territory. Umm al-Khair has been a flashpoint for clashes between residents and settler groups in recent years.
