Benjamin Netanyahu and Gadi Eisenkot are engaged in negotiations to assemble a majority coalition in the Knesset following Israeli elections, Al Jazeera English reported. The two leaders are separately attempting to secure enough parliamentary support to form the next government.
Coalition talks typically involve negotiations with smaller parties whose support proves decisive in reaching a 61-seat majority in the 120-seat Knesset. The outcome will determine Israel's political direction and leadership for the coming years.
