Al-Mujahideen Movement said Tuesday that elections represent a national obligation that must not be subject to postponement or procrastination, the Shehab Wire reported. The faction emphasized that urgent national priorities include providing relief to the Palestinian people, halting what it characterized as Israeli genocide and ongoing aggression—particularly in Gaza—and breaking the blockade.
The statement reflects disagreement within Palestinian political circles over scheduling electoral processes during the ongoing conflict.
