Police arrest 94-year-old rights lawyer for supporting Palestine Action

Margaret Owen OBE, a 94-year-old Jewish human rights barrister, was arrested for her support of Palestine Action, the activist group said. Owen, who has spent decades defending vulnerable populations and has received numerous accolades for her work in human rights law, spoke to Al Jazeera about the arrest.
The veteran lawyer is a longtime friend of Philippa Foot, the late mother of former UK Labour leader Ed Miliband.
