Settlers pursued a shepherd on the outskirts of Makhmash village north of occupied Jerusalem and attempted to steal his sheep, according to Jerusalem Governorate reports. The herder managed to escape back to the village after calling for help from residents.
The incident is part of ongoing tensions in areas surrounding Jerusalem, where Palestinians face regular harassment from Israeli settlers seeking to expand control over land and resources in the occupied West Bank.
