Israeli settlers carried out a record number of incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque's courtyards during the Jewish holiday known as Sukkot, Shehab Wire reported. Nearly 9,123 settlers entered the compound under heavy protection from Israeli police and military forces, marking the highest total documented to date.
The incursions occurred across multiple days during the holiday period, with Israeli security forces providing reinforced escort throughout the visits to the mosque's grounds.
