Israel has launched demolition operations targeting Palestinian olive groves in the West Bank, Middle East Eye reported. Military orders and bulldozers have destroyed farmland as the harvest season approaches, threatening Palestinian livelihoods in the territory.
The demolitions come amid longstanding tensions over settlement expansion and land use in the occupied West Bank. Palestinians have characterized the operations as part of a displacement campaign, though Israeli authorities have not yet commented on the specific actions reported.
