Israeli authorities are preparing a new scheme to reorganize road networks in central Ramallah and Al-Bireh that would open a main route for settler movement while constraining Palestinian mobility, Hebrew daily Haaretz reported. The plan coincides with new military measures expected to further limit Palestinian movement in the area.
