Israel is imposing a tight lockdown of Hebron, Al Jazeera English reported, amid a campaign of military raids, home demolitions, and displacement of residents. The siege has restricted movement in and out of the Palestinian city, affecting thousands of people.
The lockdown has involved repeated incursions by Israeli forces conducting operations in residential areas. Homes have been demolished and families displaced during the week-long enforcement of the restrictions.
