Israeli occupation forces began bulldozing dozens of dunams of Palestinian-owned land in the Wadi ar-Rayat area west of Deir Ballut on Sunday morning, IMEMC News reported. The operation took place in the Salfit governorate of the central occupied West Bank.
Deir Ballut Mayor Jihad al-Qassem responded to the bulldozing. The demolition affected agricultural and residential land in an area where Palestinian communities have long faced restrictions on development and land use under Israeli military control.
