Sheikh Ali al-Youssef, head of the Jerusalem section at the Palestinian Scholars Association, characterized settler incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque during the Jewish holiday known as Shavuot as systematic criminality aimed at altering the mosque's character, Shehab Wire reported.
