Adham Heriz recovered the remains of his wife from beneath the ruins of their Gaza City home three years after an Israeli bombing destroyed their residence, Middle East Eye reported. Heriz had spent years searching through the rubble following the strike.
The recovery marks an end to an extended search through devastated areas of Gaza City, where families have long faced difficulties locating and identifying relatives lost in military operations.
