Settlers attacked olive pickers in Abwein north of Ramallah and Lubban al-Sharqiya south of Nablus on Thursday, forcing them to flee their land under protection from Israeli occupation forces, local sources reported. The assaults occurred as Palestinians attempted to harvest olives from their groves.
The incidents marked renewed confrontations during the olive harvest season, when Palestinians access agricultural lands that settlers and Israeli military have increasingly restricted.
