Settlers set fire to approximately 55 olive trees on Saturday in Abu Dis, a village southeast of Jerusalem, Shehab Wire reported. The trees, each over 40 years old, were destroyed on land belonging to resident Ibrahim Ismail Abu Hilal in a rural area spanning roughly 14 dunams.
The incident occurred as settlers were active in the area, according to the report.
