According to Shehab Wire, sources within the Radaa force reported that families working under Ashraf al-Mansi, commander of the group calling itself the "Popular Army — Northern Forces," have surrendered to security agencies in Gaza. Al-Mansi's faction is accused of cooperating with Israeli forces.
